New Road from main Shahra-e-Faisal Highway Link Road towards Gulshan-e-Roomi has been constructed which means no more rough ride to Gulshan-e-Roomi. You will see a new mega project on this road very soon. These recent developments is a great sign for Gulshan-e-Roomi.

We are pleased to announce that with the grace of Allah (swt) NOC & Building Plan submission process for Gulshan-e-Roomi has been initiated. Many NOCs has already been released by Malir Cantonment Board. All Saledeeds are now been process without any objection. Sale deed which were adjoined previously can be cleared after getting you plot's NOC from Malir Cantonment Board.

This is a good sign as we are constantly observing that Roomi itself & its surrounding areas development is getting pace which will eventually increase the land prices in this area.

Water Connection for Gulshan-e-Roomi
We congratulate all the plot holders of Gulshan e Roomi on laying down of water pipelines from Karachi Water & Sewerage Board (KW&SB) main pumping station to Gulshan-e-Roomi.
Update: Underground Water tank has been constructed.
Tenders for the overhead tank & pumping station also floated.
